"Armenia does not claim to conduct negotiations on the status of Karabakh," said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during the discussions on the implementation of budget for 2022 at the parliament of Armenia, Paralel.Az reports.

He noted that Armenia does not have such a mandate.

"As for the issue of determining the status, we do not make claims and do not attempt to do this," said Mirzoyan.
