Turkish FM: “Economic relations with Israel are developing very closely”

“Despite our differences, the continuation of Turkish-Israeli dialogues will be very useful. It will also play a positive role in terms of the existence of peace in the region,” said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu at the press conference, Paralel.Az’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

According to him, for the establishment of lasting peace, the establishment of two states on the basis of UN principles is the only way of solving the problem.

Moreover, Cavusoglu stressed that despite political problems, economic relations with Israel are developing very closely, and trade turnover between the two countries exceeds USD 8 bln.
