Azerigaz Production Association issued a statement regarding the problem with crediting money to counters with a Zenner smart card.
The statement said:
“Payment of money to the card of smart meters “Zenner” is possible only in terminals of the “e-manat” type. There has been a software change in these terminals. This payment cannot be made on upgraded devices. An official appeal was made to the e-manat company. We received an answer that the card can only be topped up there, since there is no update on the devices in the metro. This is a temporary problem."
