As Paralel.az reports, Nicole Pashinyan signed a decree on the formation of the Council for Constitutional Reforms.
As reported by the Armenian newspaper “Past”, Nikol Pashinyan wants to hold a constitutional referendum and thus turn the country into a presidential system.
Pashinyan came to power using the democracy of a parliamentary republic, and now he needs the presidency to hold on to power for a longer period of time.
