As Paralel.az reports, the Armenian side expressed concern over the establishment by Azerbaijan of a checkpoint on the Gafan-Chakaten road.
As a result of the construction of this point, the population of the villages of Chakaten, Sykhovush, Kilsakend, Tsav, Nerkin Hand and other villages inhabited by Armenians will find themselves in a difficult situation.
So, they have two options: either they will pass through the territory of Azerbaijan with the payment of customs duties, or they will have to travel a greater distance (go to Mehri, and from there to Gafan).
