The volume of mortgage loans and mortgage guarantees issued by the Fund exceeded 1.9 billion manat.
As reported by Paralel.az, today the Fund has issued mortgage loans in the amount of AZN 1,900,902,211 to 35,416 borrowers.
From the beginning of 2021 to date, the fund has issued mortgage loans to 3,954 borrowers in the amount of 260,791,000 manats.
Since March 2020, citizens began to apply for a rental mechanism for residential premises with an obligation to sell, and to date, 991 apartments have been leased to tenants with an obligation to sell.
In 2021 alone, since the beginning of the year, 578 apartments have been provided to tenants through the state line.
The Fund reports that loans in the amount of 233,278,000 manat were financed through the mechanism of guarantees and subsidies.
