Armenia expects support from abroad

 

The new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan will pay a working visit to Russia on August 30-31. During his first trip abroad, he will meet with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov and CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas. Mirzoyan and Lavrov highly appreciated the development of the Russian-Armenian union in all spheres, in the CIS, CSTO and others. will discuss the establishment of cooperation and coordination of positions in the UN. Armenia hopes for progress in the implementation of the agreements on Karabakh on November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021. Official Armenia also hopes to open humanitarian, economic and transport links in the South Caucasus. Apparently, the Armenian press is still waiting for official support from abroad, from Moscow, in the difficult situation in the country.
