Fake Armenia breathes nationality

 

As Paralel.az reports, the Armenian side made a statement on the situation at the border today. According to RIA Novosti, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Armenia stated that the condition of one of the three Armenian servicemen injured in the shootout on the border with Azerbaijan on July 23 is very grave: “On Friday, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced the death of a soldier. The Armenian Defense Ministry, in turn, stated that three Armenian soldiers were wounded in a shootout on the border with Azerbaijan in the Gegharkunik region.

The wounded were taken to the Gegharkunik garrison hospital. The condition of one of them, conscript Arman Atasyan, is extremely grave.

According to the report, the Investigative Committee of Armenia opened a criminal case under the article "attempted murder of two or more people in connection with the performance of official or public duties, committed on ethnic grounds, racial or religious hatred or religious fanaticism."

The agency also writes that the situation on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan escalated on May 12. The Armenian Defense Ministry said that the Azerbaijani armed forces were trying to "clarify" something in one of the border districts of the Syunik region. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin that the CSTO had instructed to hold consultations on the situation on the border with Azerbaijan.

At the end of May, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced the arrest of six Armenian soldiers who were trying to cross the border. In turn, the Armenian Defense Ministry stated that six soldiers were captured "while carrying out engineering work in the protected areas of the military unit of the Armenian Armed Forces on the border in Gegharkunik region."
