The applicant, who submitted an application to ADB, stated that when renovating his apartment, he applied to the European Doors located at 60 M. Araz Street, 12.05.2021: I ordered the doors to the rooms and paid 200 manats. The order was written in the name of my wife Samira Shikhkarimova. After measuring the doors on May 17, 21, the manager said that the total price was AZN 1,720, not AZN 1,650. I first paid 660 manats. On July 21, 21, the office manager Ms. Rasmiya announced that the doors were ready and asked to pay the remaining amount. I came to the office on June 10 and paid 560 manats, and we agreed to pay the remaining 300 manats after the doors were installed. Due to the delay in renovation, it was not possible to install doors in the apartment. All this time, the manager called every day and demanded the remaining 300 manats. I had to pay in full, and on July 2, the doors were installed. After installation, it turned out that the doors are of poor quality, there is a scratch on one of the doors. In addition, all doors have hoods and there are gaps between the frame and hood. There is no cover about 20 cm high inside the living room door. Also, the frames are not fixed properly, the frame is moving.

Since July 3rd, I have been calling Ms. Rasmiya, the office sales manager, every day. He also said that the masters would be sent every day. At the same time, the director of the plant, Agil Muallim, does not answer phone calls, despite repeated calls. Other figures we collected daily said we were unaware of the case and contacted Agil. Note that although I have repeatedly asked for a receipt, it was only given to us on July 12th. Please help me solve my problem with repairing or replacing doors. "
