Most of the applicants have not received their diplomas yet

Yesterday the State Examination Center (SEC) announced that the registration period for bachelors entering the magistracy of universities and ANAS will be extended until 23:59 on 26 July. The trial, which began on July 14, was supposed to end on July 22. However, master's degree seekers who received their bachelor's degrees this year were unable to register with universities to obtain a student title. Registration is available online, but the applicant must attach the serial number of the bachelor's degree to the registration application. However, most of the applicants who completed their bachelor's degrees this year have not yet received their degrees. For this reason, applicants who did not receive their diplomas could not register.
According to the Foreign Ministry, this was the main reason for the renewal of registration. From the very beginning, it was necessary to add a section for registering a certificate of education issued by the university to the electronic application so that applicants who did not receive a diploma could immediately register. Now the Foreign Ministry will decide how to resolve the issue.
