Acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nicole Pashkinyan said at a joint press conference with President of the Council of Europe Charles Michel today that Baku has territorial claims against most of its neighbors, not only in Armenia. We state that with this statement N.Pashinyan deceives the international community and the President of the Council of Europe, which is a prestigious international organization. The Azerbaijani state has no problems or conflicts with any of its neighbors except Armenia. Azerbaijan has good neighborly relations with all neighboring countries except Armenia. The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry is expected to comment on the issue in the coming hours.
