He is Gahraman Gahramanov, who has been living in his house since the chief executive Asif Agayev came to the district. He is Gahraman Gahramanov, the owner of the official market named after his son Farid, and Asif Agayev is a partner in this market. The company "Vagif", owned by Gahraman Gahramanov, is engaged in treacherous plundering of funds allocated by President Ilham Aliyev for the implementation of landscaping work in Beylagan. Apparently, the replacement of Gahramanovs in office contradicts the requirements of Article 7 of the Law on Corruption. It is important for Asif Agayev to know that personnel changes should not be based on the principle of nepotism and tribalism. The transfer of power from a corrupt person to his nephew and brother means creating the conditions for the successor to lose track of his predecessor's crimes, as well as giving the people the green light for a monarchical system that shakes the people. It's already a month, Asif Agayev. How long do we have to write and inform you about the crimes of the staff you have appointed, so that you understand what is happening around you and who is doing what? In fact, we have no prejudices or demands on you. Our goal is to make you stand out from those around you. We do, you don't want to be. We are your friends, not your enemies.
