For example, as a result of an investigation conducted by our employee on the basis of citizens' information, two such apartments were found in Yasamal district. Participating as a buyer, our employee determined that one of the apartments is a 2-room apartment No. 32 on the first floor of the building No. 98, located on AM Sharifzadeh Street.

According to neighbors, the owner of the apartment was an elderly Russian woman who died about a year ago.
Employees of the Yasamal district executive power and the head of the housing and communal services No. 22 subordinated to the executive power drew up a fake document for the apartment and the apartment was put up for sale by a person named Ramiz.
As the first apartment mentioned in Yasamal, a forged document was drawn up and sold as private property, and the second apartment sold by Ramiz is a 2-room apartment No. 47 on the first floor of building No. 37 on Mirali Seyidov Street. A lonely man lived in this apartment and died a few months ago.

According to informed people, there are many crimes committed in Baku on the basis of such fake documents.
This type of crime is more widespread in Yasamal district. Unfortunately, the heads of departments and units of law enforcement agencies of the region turn a blind eye to the crimes of employees of the district executive power for personal gain.

It is impossible for the Baku City Executive Power to be unaware of such mass frauds in Baku. There are such cases in Baku - it is not convincing that the head of the Baku Executive Power Eldar Azizov is unaware of this, even though an ordinary citizen knows that the abandoned apartments are sold on the basis of fake documents! ..
